What is a Podcast?

It's just another way for you to hear the shows! Once you have subscribed to Alex's Weekly Podcast, the show will be downloaded to your computer each week as an mp3.

Can I listen on my iPod or mp3 player?

Yes you can, you trendy little thing. Once the mp3 has downloaded to your computer you are free to transfer it to any device that you have invested your hard earned cash in. Wow!

How do I subscribe?

You need a podcast Program. We recommend Juice (previously known as iPodder) which is FREE and very easy to use. Click here to download Juice.

What do I do once I have installed the program?

Give the podcast URL to your feed player (e.g. Juice). The podcast URL is:

http://www.cibola.co.uk/mantra/Podcasts/podcast.xml

Can you tell me how to do this again but in a really simple and idiot proof fashion?

I want to use iTunes. Can I use iTunes? I like iTunes.

If you don't want to use Juice you can use iTunes to subscribe to a podcast. Click on the Advanced menu in iTunes and then click subscribe to podcast. It will then prompt you to put in the podcast address.
